Treasurer

 

1.    The treasurer shall have charge of the funds of this Society, the society seal, and the stationery supply. He/she shall collect all fees and dues, issue membership cards, and payout, such sums as approved in writing by the Governor, unless otherwise directed by the Board of Assistants at each annual meeting. He/she shall make a full report in writing of the of the society's receipts and disbursements for the preceding year, leaving the books open at all times for the inspection of the Governor or Board of Assistants, and shall submit to a regular audit.
